Description
The Robo-Chopper will be a RC helicopter that will be converted to be capable of remote control flight, semi-autonomous and fully autonomous flight.  Some project features:

-Vehicle control board will be using an ARM based micro-processor.
-System will be JAUS Level 1 compatible.
-System will be capable of streaming Live Video.
